Slept On is a full-fledged web app platform created to amplify emerging musical artists by giving them visibility in a landscape often dominated by algorithms and industry politics.
I built the entire experience from scratch starting with branding and logo design, then moving into a responsive landing page, a fully-designed multi-page web app, and core product UX inspired by platforms like Spotify and Bandcamp.
The goal was to create a product that felt familiar yet different and most importantly, tailored to highlight new artists, not just stream them. The Web App was created with artist and users of those artists in mind, and creating a component of community.

The Slept On visual identity had to feel bold, gritty, and a little rebellious like the artists it was built for.
I designed the logo, defined a dark but punchy color palette, and paired bold typography with spacious layouts to balance edge with usability. Every detail was crafted to support a platform that respects creative work.

Slept On was one of the most technically and creatively demanding projects I’ve led, and easily one of the most rewarding. It pushed me to think beyond the surface: not just how a product looks, but how it works for its creators and users. I also worked with developers and guiding how every design should be properly implemented during multiple team sessions.
I walked away with a stronger understanding of interface design, user empathy, and the balance between inspiration and originality when referencing big platforms like Spotify.
